On Friday, I will be biking 100 miles from Fed Hill to Dewey Beach, DE as part of the Bike to the Beach for autism charity ride . I'm riding to help raise money and awareness for autism -- and make a difference in the lives of the 1 in 68 children diagnosed with autism.
I am joining hundreds of other people, united by a single cause and dedicated to raising money to find effective treatments and a cure. Autism is the 2nd most prevalent developmental disorder in the world, but receives less federal funding than any other disorder affecting children. The money raised by Bike to the Beach supports Autism Speaks and other organizations committed to finding the causes, treatments and a cure for autism through essential medical research.
I am asking for your help in in meeting my fundraising goal. Your donation is tax-deductible, and the funds I raise will be used in the fight to improve the lives for people affected by autism.
Together, we can make a difference in the lives of so many people living with autism. I sincerely thank you for your support.

“Bike to the beach was the first organization that was able to empower me personally to take action and make a huge difference for our local autism community. They make it easy for individuals and small groups to make a significant impact by providing all the fundraising infrastructure, and more importantly, an amazing weekend.”
