As someone with Autism, I am biking in the Bike to the Beach for autism charity ride to make a difference in the lives of those who are diagnosed with autism, and to raise money for Autism awareness and research. Autism is the 2nd most prevalent developmental disorder in the world but receives less federal funding than any other disorder affecting children. These numbers are staggering.
Join me and my team and help support the cause! My goal is to raise awareness and money to help those whose lives are touched by Autism, a neurological disorder that affects 1 out of every 68 children.
I need your support to provide hope for those individuals dealing with Autism each day. Every 21 minutes a child is diagnosed with Autism, the fastest growing disability in the United States.
Autism is a national crisis, costing the country more than $90 billion annually, yet it receives less than 5% of the federal funding of other less prevalent childhood diseases.
I would appreciate any effort on your behalf to support my journey and improve the lives of those who are touched by Autism. If you would like to donate to help improve the lives of Americans dealing with Autism, please contribute to my fundraising page.
A donation to Bike to the Beach supports communities all over this nation and will make a difference for so many who are affected by autism. THANK YOU for your support.
The bike I will be riding. The SmileMore Bike.
Our Local Partners
“Bike to the beach was the first organization that was able to empower me personally to take action and make a huge difference for our local autism community. They make it easy for individuals and small groups to make a significant impact by providing all the fundraising infrastructure, and more importantly, an amazing weekend.”
